About your cover
Cover level?

All cover types will attempt to fix your vehicle at the roadside before transporting it to a garage.


Local - If you've broken down more than a mile away from your home, local cover will get you, your vehicle and your passengers to the nearest suitable garage.


Nationwide - If you've broken down more than a mile away from your home and your vehicle can't be repaired the same day, Nationwide cover can take you, your vehicle and your passengers home, or to your destination within the UK.


European - European cover provides Nationwide cover when in the UK, plus roadside assistance in Europe up to a maximum of 31 days at a time or 90 days in a policy year. Alternatively you can purchase cover for a one off trip.

Cover type?

Personal cover covers the person(s) named on the policy as a passenger or driver of any vehicle that meets the policy requirements, we can cover up to 4 people who live at the same address.


Vehicle cover covers the vehicle(s) specified on the policy, up to 4 vehicles can be covered as long as they are registered at the same address.

Annual multi-trip or single trip?

Annual - provides Nationwide cover when in the UK, you are also covered for as many trips to Europe as you need in a year, usually for up to 30 days per trip and with a maximum of 90 days in total.


Single trip - this policy type is only for a short period of time and is not an annual policy. Nationwide cover in the UK is provided as well as cover in Europe for the days selected.

Additional cover?
Your policy includes home start and onward travel as standard

Home Start - If your vehicle breaks down at home or within one mile of your home address, your vehicle can be fixed at your doorstep or recovered to the nearest garage for repairs.


Onward Travel - If repairs can't be made the same day when breaking down away from your home, you can be provided with either alternative transport or overnight accommodation.
